By downloading, accessing, or using the "Know Your Water & Motor" (KNWM) application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
KNWM is a software-as-a-service platform that matches users with third-party technicians and water tanker operators, and provides automated, AI-assisted diagnostics for water motors. We are a software platform provider, not a water utility, plumbing agency, or mechanical repair company.
Premium features (including priority dispatch, persistent telemetry logs, and AI diagnostics) require an active subscription. All subscription transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. You can manage or cancel auto-renewals at any time in your Google Play Store account settings.
To deliver real-time emergency water tanker dispatching, technician routing, and motor site geotagging, the platform collects foreground and background GPS location data. By accepting these Terms and opting in via the in-app prominent disclosure dialog, you explicitly grant consent for KYWM to process your location coordinates even when the app is running in the background or closed during active service dispatches. You may revoke location permissions at any time via your device settings, though doing so may limit dispatch availability.
The AI-assisted diagnostics are provided purely for informational and troubleshooting guidance. They are not a replacement for professional engineering reviews. QT Access, Inc. is not liable for any physical hardware damage, personal injury, or water access issues resulting from actions taken based on AI diagnostic suggestions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QT Access, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or physical property damages (including motor burnouts, pipeline leaks, or dry runs) resulting from app use or the conduct of independent third-party technicians and tanker operators booked through the platform.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
